1.Do you do refunds and exchanges on hair accessories purchased? 

Due to the nature of hair accessory products and for hygiene reasons we are unfortunately not able to refund or exchange any hair accessories purchased. 

2. Do you do refunds  on clothing purchased? 
We accept refunds and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items returned within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the original tags are attached, and you have proof of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item. The courier cost to return the product is covered by the customer.
 

3. Do you do exchanges  on clothing purchased? 
Exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you can choose credit or a refund. The courier cost to return the product and to receive the exchange is covered by the customer.

4. How do I initiate a refund or exchange?

5.What are your delivery methods and costs?
We offer delivery through:
PUDO: R60 Packages up to 5kg (Package is delivered to your chosen Pudo Locker)
PAXI: R60 Packages up to 5kg (Package is delivered to your chosen Pep Store)

6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and delivery method:
Pudo: 2-4 business days
PAXI: 5-7 business days
 

7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
