Returns Policy – Shop Luna Lane

At Shop Luna Lane, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

PLEASE NOTE  : We are unable to accept returns for HAIR ACCESSORIES due to hygiene reasons

We will accept refunds or exchange requests for CLOTHING items only

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange for a clothing item within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Clothing must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

The return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., your order confirmation or invoice)

 

3. Return Courier

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

You may use Pudo, Paxi, or a courier of your choice to send back the item.

We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
